Dr. Kutaiba Chaleby – Psychiatrist
Dr. Kutaiba S. Chaleby is an esteemed psychiatrist with over 50 years of experience. A University of Baghdad College of Medicine graduate, Dr. Chaleby is skilled in diagnosing and treating mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and schizophrenia. Utilizing a balanced mix of medications and psychotherapy, he supports his patients on their journey to wellness.
Merrilyn Pysher

Merrilyn is a dedicated, highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in urgent care, primary care, adolescent medicine, women’s health, sexual health, psychiatric medicine, addiction medicine, concussions, sports injuries, immunizations.
Dr. Richard Zielinski – Psychiatrist
Dr. Richard Zielinski is a Psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience. He is a graduate of Temple University. He works with conditions like Bipolar Disorder, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), Schizoaffective Disorder, and Major Depression among others
Lori Slavick, PA-C
Lori Jo Slavick is a Certfied Physician Associate. She is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy Physician Assistant Program. She is a Past President of the Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants (AFPPA). She treats children and adults in all aspects of psychiatry. She specializes in Schizophrenia, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Autism and Addiction medicine.
Allison Schubert, LPC
Allison Schubert is a Licensed Professional Counsellor. She received her Masters from the Cedar Crest College and has been practicing for 5 years. She helps adults struggling with time management, communication, and boundaries.
Mary Seamon-Zellers, OTR
Mary Seamon-Zellers is a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with clients with various mental health challenges, addiction, pediatric and geriatrics. She received her masters from Misericordia University.
Heather Smith, MSW
Heather Smith currently holds 3 masters. The latest is for Social Work from Troy University, GA. She works with a diverse population from children to geriatric across multiple conditions.
Priya Bajaj, MA
Priya Bajaj received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of the Virgin Islands. She uses CBT and DBT with her clients and has experience with mood disorders, psychotic disorders, neuro development, trauma and substance abuse.
Anna Lewi, MS
Anna Lewi received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Université Paris Cité in France. She uses Motivational Interviewing
Acceptance & Commitment therapy with her patients. She has experience with substance use disorder and those with psychotic symptoms.
