Abusive patients is quite the reach. How have they ALL been abusive? You’re in a MENTAL HEALTH field. Grow up and be adults. Crying they are fake because it’s accurate and shows your utter lack of accountability and responsibility. You look like a bunch of children, whenever someone leaves interactions they’ve had or feedback you get defensive, insensitive and become bullies. Belittling people and saying they’re abusive because your actions reflect poorly on your business. Using that word “abuse” very loosely as a MEDICAL office. Keep showing potential patients your true colors tho 👌🏻
Had been trying to get in here for weeks before I finally got a call back, the guy was very nice but had me fill out about 10 different forms online just to sign up and get this weird portal... well first appointment comes im told you'll love the dr and it's telehealth, dr was fine....when i could literally hear him. We got disconnected for half of our 15 min appointment... he only filled 2 weeks of meds I've been on long term and wanted to meet again in 2 weeks then every single month was told it had to be because he wasnt even in state..., ummmm who has time or money for that, then wasn't asked about rescheduling an appt he just went ahead and scheduled one for 8pm on a weeknight.... the app was not user friendly I tried twice to message about billing questions and changing the appt... never got an answer. Finally called and left a message to cancel and still nothing to this day not even a bill. Can't access portal, very poor experience. Didnt even end up picking up meds he prescribed 2 weeks is a joke when I've been getting 90 day supplies.... very poor communication here and other times voicemail full. Thought hey they are close and sounded too good to be true... it was

Definitely! Virtual psychiatry often matches the effectiveness of face-to-face consultations. Your psychiatrist can conduct evaluations, diagnose, and tailor a treatment plan specifically for you.
We aim to identify the most suitable treatment approach for your unique situation. However, there might be instances where virtual care through Compassionate Care doesn’t meet your needs. Should this occur, your psychiatrist will recommend alternative treatments during your initial appointment
What are the most commonly prescribed medications?
Medication treatments are tailored to individual needs; your psychiatrist will collaborate with you to identify the most suitable treatment option for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new patient?
One of our team members interview each new patient to assess what is the best way to serve them and then refers them to a -best fit- provider. From there you will be put on a path that is seen as best fit to helping you achieve your goals!
